Scale Ready is the online group programme delivered by Simplify & Scale Ltd ("Simplify & Scale", "we", "us", "our"). These terms set out the agreement between us and you when you take a place on Scale Ready. By booking and paying for a place, you agree to them.
Scale Ready is a live, online group mentoring programme. A place includes:
Scale Ready is mentoring and education. It is not accountancy, legal, financial or tax advice, and it does not guarantee any particular financial or business result.
Places are limited and are offered following a short Scale-Ready conversation, so we can both agree the programme is the right fit. Your place is confirmed once your booking is accepted and your first payment is received.
The founding cohort price is £1,750 plus VAT, paid in full. Alternatively you may pay in three monthly instalments of £600 plus VAT (£1,800 plus VAT in total). All prices exclude VAT, which is added at the prevailing rate.
If you choose the instalment plan, you commit to all three payments. The first payment secures your place, and the second and third fall due on the following two monthly anniversaries of your first payment. If an instalment is not paid when due, we may suspend your access until it is brought up to date.
The founding cohort price is a launch price for this first group. Later cohorts will be charged at the standard rate, which is higher.
The founding cohort runs on six fortnightly Tuesdays: 8 and 22 September, 6 and 20 October, and 3 and 17 November 2026. Sessions are delivered live online at a set time and are recorded, so if you cannot attend live you can catch up.
If we need to move or cancel an individual session, we will let you know as soon as we can and will either reschedule it or make the recording available. The themes of the sessions are a guide and may be shaped around the needs of the group.
To get the most from the programme, we ask that you attend the live sessions where you can, do the short work between sessions, and take part in good faith. The value comes from the work you put in alongside the sessions.
The group is a place to speak openly. Everything another member shares in a session or in the group stays confidential and is not to be repeated or shared outside the cohort. We treat what you share with the same care.
Beth AI is provided as a thinking partner during the programme and remains available to you afterwards. Where the programme relies on third-party tools, those tools are subject to their own providers' terms, and continued access may depend on those providers.
Because places are limited and are only confirmed after a conversation in which we both agree the programme is a good fit, places are non-refundable once confirmed and paid. If you have chosen the instalment plan, the remaining instalments remain payable.
If we cancel the whole programme before it begins, you will receive a full refund of the fees you have paid.
If you are contracting as a consumer rather than as a business, you may have additional rights under consumer protection law, including a right to cancel within a short period after purchase. Where those rights apply, they take precedence over the position above. Scale Ready is designed for business owners, so we normally treat a place as a business-to-business arrangement.
All programme materials, frameworks, tools and content, including Beth AI, remain the intellectual property of Simplify & Scale Ltd. They are provided for your own use in your business. You may not copy, share, reproduce, resell or deliver them, in part or in whole, for commercial purposes, without our prior written permission.
We deliver Scale Ready with care and experience, but we do not guarantee specific outcomes, as results depend on your own business and the actions you take. Any financial figures produced in the programme, including in the financial visibility tool, are working estimates and should be confirmed with your own accountant or adviser.
Nothing in these terms limits our liability for anything that cannot be limited by law. Subject to that, our total liability to you in connection with Scale Ready is limited to the fees you have paid for your place.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version that applies to you is the one in place when you book your place.
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the courts of England and Wales.
